What NOT To Do When You're Feeling Lost

Heather Grzych

My friend Carolyn once had this feeling that there was something more out there for her, but she didn't know what it was...

She started searching everywhere for what was missing, and she then found herself entering into a career to flip houses. But soon afterwards, she realized that she was looking in the wrong place...

She had a successful career, a family, and she was even starting to write books that were getting published.

She STILL felt lost...

Have you ever had this sense that there's something missing in your life, and then start grasping for things to fill the void?

This week on the Wisdom of the Body podcast, I interview Carolyn Warsham, life and career coach, author, entrepreneurial journalist and publicist. We talk about what to do when you get a sense that you are lost. It turns out that you can feel this way even if things are going well in your life...

Carolyn also reads my human design in the episode, which was fun because I wasn't familiar with human design beforehand.

I feel the most intriguing part of this episode is when, in true coach style, Carolyn does a slick move and starts asking me back the questions I'm asking her! This is funny because I always thought I had to be the one asking questions on my podcast! It made me really think about what it feels like to be the interviewee and vs. the interviewer. It's rare that people ask me back the questions I'm asking them...

Carolyn inspired me. Maybe next I should bring people onto the podcast to ask me questions. That would be a funny experiment.

Reach out and tell me who I should bring on to interview me!
